I Can't Watch Premier League Matches With My Tod TV Sports Extra Package
On 21.09.2025, I purchased the Seasonal Sports Extra Package with a promotion through TOD TV using my credit card, but I am unable to watch the Premier League matches included in the package. When I tried to watch both the Man City vs. Arsenal game and the Man Utd vs. Chelsea game the day before, I received the message “You do not have permission to view this content” on both my mobile phone and my TV. My membership number is 13828216. I attempted to reach the live support line for assistance, but I was unable to connect and received no response. Even though I have paid for the package, I cannot access the broadcast I am entitled to. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I be given the necessary support to watch the Premier League match broadcasts.
