I am trying to cancel my subscription. It is not listed under active or expired subscriptions on my iPhone but it still keeps charging me. There have been months of this. When I go onto the app I can't even do anything because it just shows me a screenshot offering me to renew and that is the only option. There is clearly something wrong with your app. I want a refund for the entire length of the subscription as I have not ever been able to use it. I am exceedingly dissatisfied with this app!
