Toca Boca Removed the Restore Purchases Button and Ignored My Support Requests

Particularly because Toca Boca had a handy "restore purchases" button to quickly retrieve the packs I paid for, I used to appreciate their apps. They have now deleted that capability, though, and getting your purchases back is almost impossible. I asked their support crew several times but never heard back. The worse is that their website still says you may undo purchases with the identical option they eliminated. This seems like a clear-cut misleading, and it's rather aggravating to get passed over following expenditure on their app. Other concerns point to me certainly not being the only one impacted. Toca Boca must own it, stop misrepresenting consumers, and really help people who have lost access to their goods.
