Unfair TNT Express Fees for Non-Stackable Pallets

TNT Express deems all pallets as non-stackable and enforces additional charges. Even though the system provided a quote of €282.6 for a pallet that met all stacking requirements, I ended up being billed twice on the received invoice. Shipment number: 292837929.
