TNT Express deems all pallets as non-stackable and enforces additional charges. Even though the system provided a quote of €282.6 for a pallet that met all stacking requirements, I ended up being billed twice on the received invoice. Shipment number: 292837929. We've encountered this situation before. In the past, they added a charge for a small box, insisting that it couldn't be stacked. We had to put up a fight to get a refund. It's quite frustrating that they've decided to charge us twice for such a small crate, which is a clear violation of our rights. We will not be using TNT again.
