Mytrip Charged Me Nearly Double for VietJet Extra Baggage

I purchased extra baggage for a VietJet flight through Mytrip, trusting the platform to offer fair pricing. Later, I checked VietJet’s official website and was shocked to see that the same service costs only €38—Mytrip charged me nearly double that amount for the exact same baggage allowance.

As soon as I noticed this outrageous price difference, I requested a cancellation and refund. But Mytrip refused, stating the service was "non-refundable." This is unacceptable. Charging customers almost twice the standard rate and then denying refunds is not just unethical—it’s exploitative.

I demand a full explanation from Mytrip regarding this pricing policy and a refund of the unjust difference I was charged. Other customers should not be misled and overcharged like this.
