Apple Online Order Return Delay, TNT Courier Fails to Collect the Item
I've been waiting for TNT to pick up the product I bought from Apple online and want to return for 10 days. I called TNT myself and asked them to pick up the package. They didn't show up when they said they would pick up the item. They keep telling me they'll get back to me, but I haven't heard from them at all. TNT is a company that can't be counted on and is always in a mess. I need help from Apple in this situation. Please let them come to my house to get the package. They haven't done anything for me yet, but I'm already disappointed even though they haven't done anything. Shame on you.
