TNT Fails to Pick Up My Apple Return
TNT is not picking up my Apple return. They call to schedule a pickup, but hang up before I can answer, making it clear they’re avoiding the collection. It feels like they’re trying to manipulate me into dropping off the return at a branch. However, they are responsible for picking it up, and there is no other option. If necessary, I will call Apple customer service daily to file complaints until this is resolved. I expect TNT to fulfill their responsibility and collect my return promptly. Please take action to fix this issue.
