On September 27, 2025, while using the TLcasino website, I noticed that the terms of wagering requirements and loss bonus rules had been changed without proper notice.
Previously, the main wagering requirement was 1X, but this was suddenly increased to 3X. Likewise, the loss bonus percentage was reduced from 20% to 10%. None of these changes were clearly announced anywhere on the platform—not even in the promotions section.
When I contacted customer support, the only response I received was, “We changed the rules for you.” Because of this arbitrary rule change, I suffered a direct ₺3,000 loss of my principal balance and was left unfairly disadvantaged.
I am requesting that the previous rules be reinstated, my ₺3,000 loss be refunded, and that TLcasino commit to clearly announcing any future rule changes in advance to ensure transparency and fairness for its players.
