I Face Timo Device Ban on Realme 7i and Need Account Recovery

I am a Timo app user on a Realme 7i device, and both my device and my account have been banned for about two months. When I try to access the app, I see a message stating that my account is banned until 2035, and I cannot use the app on my device at all.

I understand that there were multiple violations on my account. However, I would like to respectfully request a reconsideration of this decision and ask for a second chance. A ban lasting until 2035 is extremely long, and I am asking for my device to be unbanned and my account access to be restored. If full restoration is not possible, I request that the penalty be reduced after a proper review of my case.

I kindly ask that my situation be reviewed in detail and that I be clearly informed about which violations led to this long-term ban. I also request clarification on whether there is any possibility of recovering my account and removing the device ban.
