Unjust ShareChat Account Ban Without Explanation Or Notification
I have been using ShareChat since 2021 primarily to view posts and engage passively on the platform. A few days ago, when I tried to log in to my account from my Android device, I was shown a message stating that my account has been banned. I am extremely concerned and disappointed because I did not receive any prior warning, email, or notification regarding any violation, and no clear reason has been provided for the ban. When I contacted support, I was asked to check my profile for violations, but I am unable to log in to my account at all, which makes this impossible. As a long-term user, I have always used the platform responsibly and respectfully. I kindly request you to provide a clear explanation for the ban on my account, review my account activity thoroughly, and restore my account if the ban was made in error. If any violation has occurred unknowingly, I would appreciate proper clarification so I can avoid such issues in the future. I ask that this situation be reviewed as soon as possible and that my access to my account be restored or a clear and detailed explanation be provided.
