For the past few months, I have been unable to change my TikTok password using my email address. I received the verification code by email, entered it successfully, and then TikTok asked me to create a new password. However, after I enter the new password, the app shows a “maximum attempts” type of message and does not allow the change to go through. This problem has been ongoing for months without any improvement, and I am currently stuck in a loop where I can receive the verification code but cannot complete the password reset.
