TikTok Shows “Maximum Attempts” After Password Reset Verification

For the past few months, I have been unable to change my TikTok password using my email address. I received the verification code by email, entered it successfully, and then TikTok asked me to create a new password. However, after I enter the new password, the app shows a “maximum attempts” type of message and does not allow the change to go through. This problem has been ongoing for months without any improvement, and I am currently stuck in a loop where I can receive the verification code but cannot complete the password reset. The email address linked to my account is ****[email protected]** and my TikTok username is **anonymous357****. I request that my password reset attempts be cleared and that TikTok supports me in successfully changing my password or otherwise helping me regain full access to my account associated with this email address and username.
