TikTok Account Recovery Appeal - Username Only, Lost Email

Hello, I know the username of my TikTok account, but I can’t remember the password, the email address I registered with, or the phone number linked to it. I can no longer receive the verification code sent to that number or email address because I had to change both after an accident.
