I Can’t Log Into My TikTok Account After Switching Phones Despite Email Verification
I’m unable to access my TikTok account after switching from my iPhone 12 Pro Max to a new phone. My account is registered to my email address, which is still active and valid. When I try to log in, TikTok sends a verification code to my email without issue. I enter the code and proceed to set a new password, but then the app shows an error message and refuses to let me in.
My account still appears active to others, so I know it hasn’t been deleted or banned. I’ve tried the recovery process multiple times, but I always get stuck at the password reset step. This has been incredibly frustrating and I haven’t been able to find any proper support.
I’m asking TikTok to urgently resolve this login issue and help me regain access to my account. Please provide a clear recovery path or direct assistance.
