TikTok Password Reset Failed Despite Having My Phone Number, Need Help

I am having a serious problem accessing my TikTok account. I forgot the password of my account, and I had not added any email address to it. Now I am trying to reset the password using my phone number, but the system does not accept the new strong password I choose and shows the message “Maximum number of attempts reached. Try again later.” Because of this, I have completely lost access to my TikTok account even though I am the real owner and still have the phone number. I want my account to be recovered and access to be restored to me as soon as possible.
