Please Help Me Recover My TikTok Account

I am having a serious problem accessing my TikTok account and I would like your support to resolve it. The account in question has the username @toks***. Since yesterday I have been unable to log in to this account on another phone because I do not remember the password, I no longer have access to the email, and I have also lost the phone number linked to the account. When I tried to recover my account through TikTok support, I received a message stating that I cannot access it because I did not add a recovery account. This leaves me completely locked out of my own profile even though I know my username and it is my account. I kindly request that you help me recover access to my TikTok account and allow me to change or update the phone number linked to it so that I can secure the account and continue using it safely.
