Three days ago I lost access to my account because I forgot my password and I no longer have access to the phone number linked to it. Since then, I have been completely unable to log in. I do not have access to the email address currently registered on the account and it is no longer active, so I cannot receive verification codes or reset links. I have tried all recovery methods offered in the app and through support, but none of them have worked and I am still locked out. I can provide my TikTok username and other profile details, such as follower information, to help you verify that I am the rightful owner of the account. I kindly request that you help me recover access to my TikTok account via a new or current email address, or by any other secure verification method you can offer, since I cannot use the old phone number or email anymore. I would like this issue to be reviewed urgently and my access to the account to be restored as soon as possible.
