I Can’t Access My TikTok Account on iPhone—Forgot Password
I’m completely locked out of my TikTok account, and it’s been incredibly frustrating. I forgot my TikTok password, and since I no longer remember the email I used to sign up, I can’t reset it. I tried logging in through my iPhone using iCloud, and it recognizes the device—I’ve logged in from here before. But because two-step verification is enabled, a code is being sent to my old email, which I can’t access anymore.
This is beyond frustrating. TikTok knows this is a verified device and still gives me no alternative way to verify my identity. There’s no option to recover access via phone number or identity check, and support has been absolutely unresponsive.
I urgently need TikTok to resolve this issue. Either disable two-factor authentication for accounts that can prove device ownership, or provide another recovery method. I want access to my account again. Please fix this now.
