I can’t log into my TikTok account because it’s registered under my old phone number. It asks for a password, but since my old number is inactive, I can’t receive the code to reset it. I want to access my account but am currently locked out. I need help to resolve this issue, as surely not everyone keeps the same number forever. I’d like to know how TikTok handles cases of number changes and what steps I can take to regain access. I’ve looked through various pages, but no one has shared a helpful solution, and I haven’t seen any response from TikTok either. It seems hard to believe they aren’t aware of these issues; it just feels like user concerns are being overlooked.
