Tickets.com Sold Invalid Flights and Delayed Refund Process

I purchased a round-trip flight ticket from "Tickets Travel Awaits" via tickets.com.tr, but shortly after, I received an email stating, "We regret to inform you that we cannot process the original flight." In a subsequent email, they claimed, "The airline did not approve the order as tickets at this price are no longer available."

If the flight didn’t exist or couldn’t be arranged, why was it offered for sale in the first place? This is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, despite waiting two business days, they informed me that the refund process hadn’t even started. They said it would take 1-2 more days to initiate. This unprofessional behavior is frustrating and unfair. I demand an immediate resolution.
