I have been using the free version of TheBestPDF, however, despite never intending to purchase a paid plan, I have been charged for the full subscription for the last three months. A fee of 169 PLN per month has been taken from my credit card in Poland, even though I only wanted to use the free version and did not knowingly approve a paid subscription. After noticing these payments, I contacted TheBestPDF’s customer support. I only received an automatic response stating that my subscription has now been cancelled, but there was no explanation of how the subscription was started, nor any information about a refund for the charges already taken. I request that TheBestPDF investigate how this paid subscription was activated without my clear consent, refund the total amount charged to my credit card for the past three months, and confirm in writing that no further charges will be made to my account.
