I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the The North Face products I purchased. I bought a jacket and a pair of boots in November, expecting top-tier durability from such a reputable brand. However, after only a few months of regular use, the jacket started to show signs of tearing, and the inside of the boots became severely pilled and damaged.
I sent the items back to Boyner, the authorized retailer, to claim my warranty rights, but I received no positive outcome. The products clearly show serious wear and deformation, and it is absolutely unacceptable for products known for their quality to deteriorate this quickly.
I demand that my warranty rights be fully honored. The North Face items are supposed to come with a solid warranty, and yet due to the negligence of the Boyner store, I have been left completely dissatisfied and inconvenienced. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue through a replacement or refund. Please treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves!
