I Face Water Leakage Issue With The North Face Waterproof Pants

I purchased a pair of pants from The North Face store that were advertised as waterproof, but they actually let water through even in small amounts. Additionally, after wearing them only twice, I already noticed signs of wear and tear. This is extremely disappointing, especially since I made the purchase trusting the brand’s reputation for quality.

I request a refund or replacement for the product, as it clearly does not meet the standards promised at the time of sale.
