The North Face Shoes Tear After One Winter of Use

I purchased a pair of The North Face shoes from the Intersport store at Mall of Istanbul at the end of November 2024 and only used them for one winter. Despite this, both shoes developed serious tears at the flex points where the foot bends. I do not consider it acceptable for a product to deteriorate this quickly in such a way, especially in terms of overall quality.
I returned the shoes to the Intersport store for inspection, assuming they would be sent to The North Face. However, I later found out that the store handled the inspection themselves and rejected my claim by labeling it as “user error.” Even though I used the product carefully and under normal conditions, they refused to take any responsibility despite the issue appearing so quickly, which was very disappointing.
Due to this issue, I am requesting a one-to-one replacement of the shoes. I believe the product has a manufacturing defect, and such rapid tearing is not consistent with The North Face’s quality standards. I ask both Intersport and the brand to re-evaluate my complaint and resolve my grievance.
