Skechers Archfit Sole Defect - Peeling After A Week



On 14.06.2025 I bought a pair of Skechers Archfit shoes from the Intersport store at Mall of İstanbul and wore them only in an office environment for about one week, but the edges of the soles on both shoes began to peel and the problem worsened. On 10.09.2025 I left the shoes at the store for inspection (customer number: Int18514), and the report I received declared it “user error” and no action was taken, even though the shoes are still under warranty and I have learned that similar issues are common for this model. I also contacted Skechers customer service, who said the responsible party is Intersport. It is unacceptable that a product I paid ₺5,000 for deformed so quickly; I request a refund and that my complaint be resolved promptly.
