The North Face Jacket Tear Not Repaired, Poor Customer Service Experience


I purchased a North Face jacket on 31.12.2022, and the left wrist area tore. I submitted it to the North Face store for inspection on 18.05.2024. Despite a month passing, I received no updates. When I contacted the store, I was told that after inspection, it was deemed a user error, and I could collect the jacket from the store. My complaint is about North Face Turkey's lack of care. I sent them a damaged product, and they returned it without any repair, paid or otherwise. Even if they determined it was a user error, they could have at least informed me and offered a paid repair option. Instead, they suggested I continue using the jacket with the tear. Regardless of whether the product is under warranty, I expected North Face to support its customers by offering repair services. Unfortunately, this was a poor customer experience. Selling the product is the easy part; the true value lies in the service provided after the sale. Sadly, North Face failed to deliver that service to me.
