My Asics Tennis Shoes Tore in 2 Months

I purchased a pair of Asics tennis shoes from Intersport Akbatı on August 20, 2024, expecting durability. However, in just two months, the sole, edges, and toe area developed severe tears and deformations.
On January 22, 2025, I returned the shoes to Intersport for inspection (Case Number: INT11739). But when I picked them up on February 2, 2025, I was given no solution or explanation—just the same damaged shoes.
I used the shoes properly on both hard and clay courts, 4-5 times a week, which is exactly what they were designed for. This is my first time buying Asics, and I didn’t expect to experience such a major quality issue.
I request a thorough reevaluation of the defect and demand either a replacement or compensation. Asics, I expect customer satisfaction and a fair resolution!
