The North Face Litewave Shoes Tear at Toe After Normal Use

-About a year ago, I purchased a pair of The North Face Litewave Futurelight shoes (size 45) from Hepsiburada. The plastic component on the toe area has swollen like a bubble and then torn apart. For a shoe marketed as an outdoor product and sold for approximately $155, it is unacceptable for it to be damaged this easily even under normal daily use. This clearly reflects poor product quality, and for this reason, I would not recommend this brand’s shoes.
After the issue occurred, I contacted the seller and will be sending the product in for inspection. I am requesting a refund of the amount I paid for the product.
