I purchased my The North Face Evolve 2 T0CG55JK3 model jacket on January 16, 2024, from Pttavm.com. I used the product over two winters, for approximately three months each winter. Despite this limited and seasonal use, the jacket has developed unexpected wear around the zipper area and along the edges of the sleeves under normal conditions.
I do not consider it acceptable, in terms of quality, for a product from this brand to show this level of deterioration in such a short time. I still have the invoice for the product and request that the wear be inspected and evaluated as a defective product, and that my jacket be replaced with a new one.
I kindly ask for a clear and written response regarding the inspection of my product and my replacement request.
