I purchased a pair of The North Face winter sports shoes with a thick sole from the SuperStep store in Sakarya 54 Mall. After about one year, despite not using them heavily, the outer foam layer of the shoes started to separate. This issue has been ongoing for the past 2–3 months, and the product has not shown the durability I expected.

I only used these shoes during winter for daily wear. I did not subject them to any heavy use or activities that could damage them. Despite this, the outer foam coming apart in such a short time has significantly lowered my expectations of both the brand and the store.

I sent the product to SuperStep for inspection, but my claim was rejected with the explanation of “user error.” I do not accept this conclusion, as the shoes were only used under normal daily conditions during winter.

To resolve my issue, I request either a full refund or a replacement with the same product. If my request is not met, I will proceed with filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
