I purchased a The North Face jacket just 40 days ago, but it has already stretched out unnaturally, and the fleece linin...g has started pilling. I sent it in for inspection, but I have received no updates. The jacket has proven unsuitable for the harsh winters in Erzurum, providing nowhere near the qu
