I purchased The North Face boots, trusting the brand’s reputation for quality. I didn’t hesitate to pay the high price, expecting durability. However, after just two months of use, the boots tore apart.

I sent them in for inspection, assuming The North Face would stand behind its product. Instead, my claim was rejected, with no valid explanation. I am extremely disappointed—this is not what I expected from a so-called premium brand.
