North Face Refuses Warranty Repair Due to Missing Invoice—Unacceptable

I purchased a North Face DryVent 3-in-1 jacket from Noradranalin Tekstil on October 27, 2023. At the time of purchase, I was assured that my invoice was stored in the seller’s system and that I wouldn’t need to provide it for warranty claims.
However, after 8 months, my jacket developed a defect, and when I contacted the company for a warranty repair or replacement, they denied my request because I couldn’t provide the invoice myself. This is a clear violation of consumer rights under Article 56 of the Consumer Protection Law, which requires sellers to keep a copy of the invoice and not place the burden on the customer.
My jacket is still within the warranty period, and the seller must honor their obligation to repair or replace it. North Face, take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately!
