KFC Opened Late Despite Posted Opening Hours
On August 5, 2026, I went to KFC EB Town Center specifically for an in‑store order. According to your posts and information on social media, the store opens at 9:00 a.m. I arranged my schedule from work so that I could be at the branch exactly at opening time, place my order quickly, and return to work without delay. However, when I arrived at 9:00 a.m., the store was still not open. I waited about 10 minutes in front of the branch. During this time, staff inside could already see us, yet no one took the initiative to open on time or show any urgency to take our order. After the store finally opened and we placed our order as the very first customers, we were told we still had to wait another 10–15 minutes, which means we ended up waiting a total of around 25 minutes in spite of arriving exactly at opening time. This was very disappointing and caused unnecessary stress, especially considering I had to go back to work. I expect KFC to take this situation seriously, inform the team at KFC EB Town Center about what happened, and ensure that the store opens at the time publicly stated on your social media and announcements. I am requesting assurance that this will not happen again, especially for customers who adjust their work schedules to visit your store at the announced opening time.
