Recover Disabled Instagram Account After Community Standards Ban

My personal Instagram account with the username “saifnadeem343” was disabled on 26 May 2026 without any clear explanation being shown to me. When I try to log in, I only see a message that my account was disabled for violating community standards, but I do not know which specific rule I supposedly violated. I submitted an appeal to Instagram on 26 May, but until now I have not received any detailed information or a proper review result, and my account is still disabled. This situation is very upsetting for me because I believe I have not intentionally shared anything against the community guidelines. I kindly request that my account be reviewed carefully once again and that my account be recovered as soon as possible, or at least that I am clearly informed about the exact reason and evidence for the disabling decision.
