I Face Defective Stitching on The North Face Vectiv Fastpack Lite Shoes

On June 18, 2025, I purchased a pair of The North Face Vectiv Fastpack Lite Men’s Outdoor Running Shoes from the Etichet store in Konya Kent Plaza, paying ₺6,800. About one week after I began using the shoes, I noticed a seam defect at the junction of the tongue and lace area, which caused pressure and redness on my ankle due to uneven stitching.

Since the product was still under warranty, I returned it to the store one month after purchase and requested an inspection. However, after waiting nearly another month, my claim was rejected. I firmly believe this issue is manufacturing-related rather than a result of misuse.

I request that my complaint be reviewed again, and that the product be replaced or refunded to resolve my grievance.
