The Body Shop Cevahir Closed Early, Refused to Sell Product Before Official Closing Time

I'm quite dissatisfied with The Body Shop at Cevahir Mall. Even though the official closing time is 10:00 p.m., I arrived at 9:54 p.m. and found the business already closed. Despite the advertised hours, the staff informed me that they closed at 9:45 p.m. I went there particularly to buy an item and was denied service due to the early closing. If the store frequently shuts earlier than claimed, they should change their official closing times. I feel store inspections should be conducted to ensure that this does not occur again. I anticipate a response from management and hope that this issue is resolved quickly.
