Cevahir Apple Technical Service Infringed Upon My Rights

On August 16th, I scheduled an appointment with Apple's technical service at Cevahir Mall for 11:00. I carefully chose the time to align with my hospital appointment. Despite arriving on time, I was surprised to find them attending to an unscheduled female customer and then a gentleman. When I inquired about my appointment, they explained that the lady was attended to first because she arrived earlier, even without an appointment. Feeling frustrated, I pointed out the pointlessness of scheduling an appointment if it wasn't honored. Their response was to insist on waiting, which wasn't an option given my hospital commitment. Shockingly, they abruptly asked me to leave, disregarding my prior arrangements. They even neglected the gentleman's willingness to wait. Having been a customer of Zorlu Mall for years, this level of poor service and disregard for their own processes is unprecedented. It's disappointing that they mistreat customers with appointments due to their internal problems. I am thoroughly disappointed and will escalate this matter to Apple headquarters. Is this how our money is valued, through such unprofessional conduct? Their refusal to serve customers with appointments, combined with their aggressive behavior, is appalling.
