On Wednesday, February 12, at 9:54 PM, I went to the Oysho store in Marmara Forum, only to find it already closed. Since when do mall stores close before 10 PM? I specifically went there for a single item, and it was a complete waste of time.

I have never encountered this issue before. If Oysho stores close earlier than other shops, shouldn’t customers be informed? There was no notice or explanation.

I expect clear store hours to be provided to avoid misleading customers. Oysho, please be transparent about closing times so shoppers don’t make unnecessary trips only to find locked doors!
