Testora Train IQ Auto Payment Blocked – Cancel Subscription

I am writing regarding an automatic payment issue with Testora Train IQ in Wilmington, USA, linked to my Mastercard credit card. On 29 August 2026, an automatic payment of $55.17 was attempted and blocked on my card, even though I did not approve or authorize such a payment. My bank informed me that I need to contact the company directly, but reaching Testora Train IQ has been very difficult for me, so I have not been able to solve this situation with them. I request that Testora Train IQ immediately cancel any existing automatic payment or subscription linked to my card and confirm that no future charges will be taken without my clear consent. I also ask for written confirmation that my card details will not be used for any further automatic transactions.
