Testora IQ Wilmington Charges Customer $29.99 Without Authorization

I had previously made a one-time test payment of just 1 TL ($0.02) to a company called Testora IQ Wilmington US. Despite this, it appears that an automatic charge of $29.99 went through as a pending authorization on my card on June 5th, without my permission or knowledge. I have no approval, subscription record, or recurring payment authorization for this transaction.
I am requesting that this unauthorized transaction be completely canceled from the pending authorization, that the $29.99 charged or to be charged from my card be refunded, and that any subscription or recurring payment instructions that may have been set up through this company be permanently terminated.
