Testora Taking Money Without Consent

My name is Nova M*** and I noticed an unauthorized charge today on my bank account in the amount of 29.99 USD with the description “Opos 29.99 testora-iq-app +1877” under the name Testora. I have never signed up for, used, or authorized any subscription or service with Testora or “testora-iq-app”, so this charge is unauthorized. When I attempted to log in to your website to investigate and cancel anything that might be active, I received a message that I had forgotten my password. I clicked on the “reset password” option but I never received any confirmation or password reset email, which strongly suggests that no valid account exists in my name despite the charge to my card. I request an immediate full refund of the 29.99 USD charged today, as well as the closure of any account or subscription that may have been created in my name without my consent. In addition, I request that you delete all of my personal and banking information from your systems and provide written confirmation of both the refund and the data deletion, so that I can be sure no further unauthorized charges or use of my data will occur. If this issue is not resolved promptly with a full refund and confirmation of data deletion, I will be forced to pursue the matter further through my bank and relevant authorities.
