Testora IQ App Charges Customer $24.99 Monthly After $1.99 Trial
MI made a $1.99 test purchase through Testora, for an app called Testora IQ App, on 12/15/2025. I believed this was only a one-time trial charge. However, when I later checked my credit card statement, I noticed that starting from December 22nd up until today, a total of 7 charges of $24.99 each had been made on a regular monthly basis. I don't recall approving these charges in any way or knowingly starting a subscription.
Since this situation looks like a subscription and set of charges that occurred without my knowledge or explicit consent, I've been harmed by it. I haven't yet contacted either Mytestora/Testora IQ App or my bank about this matter, but I want the problem I've experienced to be resolved.
I am requesting that the subscription in question be canceled immediately, that all unauthorized/unapproved charges — including the 7 charges of $24.99 each made to my credit card — be refunded, and that no further charges be made to my card going forward.
