I Want Testora To Refund An Unexpected $40 Auto-Renewal Charge

I recently used the Testora website to complete an IQ test. At the end of the test, I agreed to pay around $1 to access my results. At no point did I knowingly agree to any subscription or ongoing renewal, only to a small, one‑time payment for the results. However, at about 3:30 this morning, a $40 charge was taken from my account by Testora as a renewal fee. I never authorized this $40 payment, and there was no clear or visible information presented to me during registration that I was signing up for a recurring subscription. Testora later claimed in their response that “the renewal terms are disclosed a few times during registration,” but this is simply not true based on my experience, and I feel misled. This is the first and only unexpected charge from Testora, but it was completely surprising and feels like a sneaky way of taking money from users who believe they are making a one‑time low payment. I request a full refund of the unauthorized $40 charge and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or automatic renewal linked to my account. I also expect Testora to make their pricing and renewal terms clearly visible and understandable so that other customers are not charged in this way without their explicit and informed consent.
