Cancelation Letter For Testora MYIQ Test

I took the Online MYIQ test by Testora and later realized there were charges on my vendor card on July 18 and 25 in the amounts of 6.98 and 39.98. In addition to these, there is also another pending charge dated September 20 on my vendor card. I did not clearly understand that there would be these ongoing or additional charges and I consider these payments to be unauthorized or not properly informed. When I tried to cancel and resolve the issue, I was redirected to another website that asked me to pay a cancellation fee using a different card. I find it unacceptable that I am asked to pay extra just to stop these charges and that there is no clear and simple way to cancel. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payments related to this Online MYIQ test, the cancellation of the pending charge dated September 20, a full refund of all amounts charged to my vendor card, and a written confirmation that no further charges will be made to any of my cards.
