Tesla Wall Connector Stopped Charging After One Year


I purchased a Tesla Wall Connector in June 2024 and used it without any issues for approximately one year. However, the device later started randomly stopping the charging process. Since 09/27/2025, I have been forced to constantly reset the device and perform the setup process again just to make it work temporarily.
When the issue first appeared, I contacted Tesla customer support via email. They sent me a document containing reset and reinstallation instructions. After each reset, the Wall Connector would function for a short period of time and then fail again, causing the exact same issue to repeat. I have become extremely frustrated and exhausted from having to reset and reinstall the device almost every week. During the last week alone, I reset and reconfigured the device at least 10 times, but now it no longer works at all.
I purchased the product through Trendyol and I live in Bayraklı, İzmir. Throughout this entire process, the only support I received from Tesla was through email communication. No permanent solution was ever provided, and the product continued failing repeatedly despite all troubleshooting attempts.
Because this Tesla Wall Connector has become unreliable and is now completely unusable, I request that the defective unit be replaced with a brand-new one. I would like my inconvenience to be resolved quickly and for Tesla to provide a properly functioning replacement product without further delay.
