Tesla Model Y Charging Port Issue and Poor Customer Support Experience

I am a Tesla Model Y owner and recently experienced a frustrating issue while trying to charge my vehicle at a Tesla Supercharger. The system displayed a "port error" warning, and despite multiple attempts, I couldn’t charge the car. I called Tesla support at 10:46 AM and was told by a representative that a jump-start was necessary because the battery was at 0%.
My insurance sent a service team, but they determined that a jump-start wasn’t needed since the car was operational. I spent hours trying to contact Tesla for further assistance, but no one responded. This level of poor service is unacceptable for a global brand.
I have already purchased two Teslas for 2024 and pre-ordered another for 2025, but I plan to cancel them tomorrow. I will report this matter to Tesla headquarters in the U.S. because the brand’s reputation is being severely damaged by the poor service in Turkey. Tesla, please address these issues before more customers lose trust in your name.
