Tesla Model Y SR Pricing and Order Discrepancies Shattered My Trust

I placed a pre-order for a Tesla Model Y SR on December 3, 2024, after conducting two test drives at the Vadistanbul experience center and receiving detailed information from Mr. Kılıç. My decision to purchase this specific model was based on its inclusion in the 10% tax bracket, which made it financially feasible for me—barely. I even borrowed money to make the down payment, a debt I’m still unsure how to repay.
Throughout the process, I repeatedly confirmed the price stability with various Tesla representatives, including my sales consultant, Mr. Karaman, and other staff. I was explicitly assured that early orders placed before December 31 would lock in the price. Despite these guarantees, after I transferred the payment, the confirmation email stated that "the offer may change during this period, and the price will be fixed only after the offer confirmation, excluding taxes and legal regulations."
How could multiple Tesla representatives provide consistent misinformation on such a critical matter? Even a minor price increase would render me unable to complete the purchase. I already stretched my finances to their limit for this order.
I trusted Tesla as a reputable brand, but this experience has caused significant disappointment and eroded my confidence. I fear the promised February delivery date may also turn out to be inaccurate, potentially extending into June.
I request Tesla to review all emails and recorded calls related to my order. This level of miscommunication and broken trust is unacceptable for a brand I once respected. Please address this matter promptly.

When I checked the email sent to my other email address again, I realized that Mr. B. Kılıç mentioned this issue in the email. I apologize to him. My complaint still continues for all other officials except him. Hopefully, taxes will not change in the next 2 months.
