Tesla Refuses to Refund My Deposit for a Canceled Model Y Pre Order

My name is Galip D***, and I placed a pre-order for a Tesla Model Y SR with RN123546077. However, due to recent personal and financial difficulties, I am unable to proceed with the order. Therefore, I kindly request a refund of the ₺50,000 deposit I paid to Tesla. I would like to highlight the following issues:

On January 5, 2025, at the Tesla Istanbul showroom, no contract was presented or explained to me by the sales representative, nor was I informed that the deposit would be non-refundable in case of cancellation.
One of the most critical details for an electric vehicle, the battery capacity, was not provided in the communication I received.
The ₺50,000 deposit is especially significant as I am currently unemployed, and my family is facing financial hardship.

I would appreciate it if this matter could be escalated to the relevant authorities within Tesla and the necessary steps taken to expedite the refund process.
