I took delivery of my Tesla Model Y SR on September 10, equipped with Hankook tires. After just 6,000 km and two months of careful usage, noticeable cracks have appeared on all four tires in multiple spots. This vehicle was never used for drifting, off-road driving, or subjected to sudden braking or acceleration.
If only one tire had a single crack, I might suspect a specific incident or user error. However, seeing multiple cracks on all tires suggests a quality issue. In over 20 years of using various tire brands, from budget to premium, I’ve never experienced such rapid degradation.
I’ve heard that Tesla is now equipping new vehicles with a different tire brand. Tesla Turkey, I urge you to address this issue with the manufacturer and provide a resolution. These tires should not be sold on a vehicle of this caliber. Please take prompt action to ensure customer satisfaction.
