Tesla Is Not Giving Any Shipping Info About My UPS Orders

I placed my orders (hlgvnree3h - 1zfa70730434023932 and 1zfa70736611232491) on August 7, 2025, and they have been stuck with UPS ever since. I've tried to get in touch with someone—anyone—for a real update, but I've met a block. I can't get in touch with anyone at Tesla, and UPS says they can't give me shipping information because Tesla has asked them not to. I'm not sure what to do. I paid for these things in good faith, but now I have no idea when—or if—they will come. As a consumer, it's quite distressing to feel that no one is listening to you. I just want someone to be in charge and tell me where my orders are and what I need to do next.
